Thanks to your generosity, we are able to carry out our projects, and we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to you.

New regulations came into force in 2024.
Following a law passed on 28 December 2023, from the 2024 tax year onwards, charities will be required to include their donors’ national register identification numbers when submitting their list of donors eligible for a tax certificate to Belcotax.

What this means for you:

• A simplified tax return: your tax relief will be automatically included and pre-filled in your tax return on Tax-on-Web (in French).
• A mandatory requirement: if you do not provide us with this number, we will unfortunately no longer be able to issue you with a tax certificate for donations of at least €40.

For individuals, this number can be found on the back of your Belgian identity card.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, we will never disclose these numbers to third parties.

A donation of €40 or more per calendar year entitles you to a tax certificate and a 30 per cent tax relief.
